  • If a commission request you have goes outside of the scope listed above, feel free to contact me so we can discuss it.

  • For original characters that don't have reference materials, I charge a flat extra $40 fee.

Terms of Service

Overview of the process
Discussion > Agreement > Payment > WIP(s) sent for input > Finish—You must be over the age of 18 in order to request a commission.An email is required for an invoice to be sent.—When paying for the invoice of your commission request, you are agreeing to the following:

01. Payment

  • Work will only begin once payment has been made.

  • There is two options for payment:
    1. Paid in full
    2. 50% at start then 50% upon completion.

  • Paid In Full Method
    » Invoice must be paid within 7 days after being sent.

  • 50% Start Then 50% Completion Method
    » Initial payment must be paid in 24 hours.
    » After the final WIP pass, the final payment must be made in 24 hours.

  • Pricing is subjected to change based on complexity and time required to complete a piece.

  • Penalty charges will apply if an invoice hasn't been paid within the time limit or major changes are requested that were previously approved.

  • Price for penalty charges start at $25 and increase from there.

02. Refund

  • If a project has been cancelled by the artist or client before any work has started, a full refund will be provided.

  • If work has started and a refund is requested, only 20% of the final price can be reimbursed.

  • A refund can not longer be requested on finished commissions.

  • If the 50% start then 50% completion payment option was chosen, a refund cannot be given once the initial payment has been made.

03. Timeline

  • Estimated turnaround is about 1 to 3 weeks.

  • Works in Progress (WIP) will be provided on the weekends for feedback.

  • Small revisions won't incur a charge, but major ones will (e.g. wanting an entire pose redrawn would be a major change, while changing how a hand is posed is a small one).

  • If no response is made within 7 days of the client being sent a WIP, they'll be put on a waiting list and will incur an additional charge in order to resume work.

  • Once the work is completed, the artist will send a .ZIP file that contains an hi-res, uncompressed PNG(s) and web-friendly JPG(s) for ease of sharing.

  • Artist will share the complete commission across their socials while maintaining the anonymity of the client. Client can request recognition.

04. Copyright

  • The works purchased from here cannot be used commercially without purchase of a commercial license from the artist.

  • Commissioned works fall under a Creative Commons BY-NC-ND 4.0 Deed unless stated otherwise.
